Summary.
I am currently the Postdoctoral Fellow in Empirical Law and Economics at the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School, where I work at the intersection of business law, contract law, and empirical methods. In the fall of 2021, I will join Washington University in St. Louis as an Associate Professor of Law.
I hold a Ph.D. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. Before coming to Columbia, I was a Senior Research Fellow at Max Planck Bonn and a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the University of Virginia School of Law. My writing has appeared in leading academic journals, among them the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies and the Southern California Law Review.
