Bio.

Summary.

I am currently the Postdoctoral Fellow in Empirical Law and Economics at the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School, where I work at the intersection of business law, contract law, and empirical methods.

I hold a Ph.D. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. Before coming to Columbia, I was a Senior Research Fellow at Max Planck Bonn and a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the University of Virginia School of Law.
